We have arrangements with major high street banks to forward details electronically to them in order to minimize any difficulty in opening a new bank account, leaving you (in most cases) to just sign a single form.

We issue share certificates, maintain registers of members and carry out other amendments to directorships and shareholdings on your behalf. We can also act as the registered office for your company where this is required.
